If you HAVE to live in Brighton, this is the cheapest
THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF IN-PERSON STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. This is wholly because of Princeton Management, not the property manager nor the maintenance workers.
First off. Yes, this is the cheapest place in town by a couple hundred bucks. But that makes the difference between somewhere good to call home, and a stink hole.
If your rent is late, $50 fee.
The hard water is so bad, your dishwasher will be useless. My garbage disposal has worked for maybe 2 weeks out of 2 years despite them... fixing it multiple times. I just stopped asking.
Ever heard of a “landlord special”? This is it. Layers and layers of dirt and paint. The carpet falls apart just from normal wear and tear and vacuuming. If you live on the lowest level, you cant plant anything in the “Garden View” even though people with balconies can have plants galore.
They will enter your apartment without your consent if you’re not home and they need to do maintenance. They will not work with you to be home for maintenance.
My shower’s paint (yes there’s paint on the showers) is coming up simply because I regularly clean.
The parking lot turns into a literal lake when it rains.
They will tow your car if your tag is even a month out of date. If it’s rusty and “looks abandoned”.
I can’t wait to get out of here.
