Management is horrible!

The management here doesn't work for anything. For weeks and months would ask them to fix something, they ignore it. The people here leaves trash everywhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible place

First, there are only 6 washers and 6 dryers for the whole complex.
Second, in my 1 year of living there 6 months no heat/air conditioning, elevator was down for 7.5 months, no hot water in building for 2 weeks. Inspectors listed my apartment as uninhabitable due to maintenance that needed to be done in the apartment. Had to go to court to try to get security deposit back after move out.

Very comfortable, friendly

My daughter and I moved here inNovember. We both love it here. It is peaceful and quiet. Everyone is very friendly. We were very surprised at how quickly maintenance responded to the few problems we had. They do have activities here and shopping buses. You can join the activities if you want, but you do not have to. Only think that would make it better would be some what bigger kitchens.

Unexpected Serenity

This beautifully landscaped high rise is more then just a prejudged senior living community. This apartment building is very conveniently located and quiet. The balcony alone is one of its best assets. It is 80% seniors, 20% ages 18-55. The staff and residents are very pleasant and considerate. Utilities are included in rent. The walls are concrete so your not bothered by any neighbors noises. Plus, there's always something going on if your bored and your left alone if you don't feel like being... bothered. It's a beautiful place to live!
