We are enjoying our villa apartment. We especially like the spacious square footage, open floor plan and the 2 car attached garage. Maintenance person, Greg is excellent and takes care of any issues that arise efficiently and promptly. Tammy in office is excellent. She really cares about all the residents and is attentive to our needs and concerns-can’t say enough about how great she is.
I do wish the exercise room/facility was larger.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Encore. Staff is very friendly, the community building is always clean and maintenance comes rapidly. We love it here!

Other than the I75 noise and lack of
Promised landscaping on my corner lot ide give encore an 8/10 .
I luv my unit and the club house! Mgt here is great !

The community is beautiful, the staff is incredible (I just love Tammy) most of the the home are beautiful, cozy but so spacious. The floor plans are so well thought out and practical. It certainly does not feel like an apartment!
