I love how the managing office is trying to keep this community exciting and comfortable. Every time I see the winter decoration lightings, I get a warm feeling and feel that I'm home.

Place is fine. Always had a difficult time getting the right temp in the apartment. We were here temporarily during a remodel. There were a couple issues they promised they would fix when we moved in that they didn’t.

The neighbors are very nice, and it’s a peaceful community to live in. The holiday decorations are wonderful across the property. The service of weekly recycling and trash pickup is very much appreciated.

Overall, I've had a positive experience living at Encore at Manchester.
They are remarkably friendly and consistently organize events to provide entertainment for the residents.
