Encore at Manchester Apartments

I've lived in this apartment for three years, and it's a truly wonderful place.

The facilities are clean, and the surrounding area is maintained very frequently (shoveling snow, removing fallen leaves, gardening, etc.).

The staff are very friendly and respond promptly to repair requests. The monthly events are also fun, and I look forward to them every time.

I will be moving for work, but if I return to this area, I would definitely like to live in this apartment.

After 18 months spent here, I can just confirm how wonderful is living at Encore. Since the beginning I felt at home. The property is beautiful, quiet, full of green, close to a wonderful lake and perfectly maintained. The management is amazing, always supportive. I would choose my guys at Encore again and every single time.

The neighbors are nice, the residence is a peaceful place to come home to after busy long workdays, and the natural beauty of the neighborhood is wonderful!

I love how the managing office is trying to keep this community exciting and comfortable. Every time I see the winter decoration lightings, I get a warm feeling and feel that I'm home.
