Welcome to Beckwith Place, a serene apartment community located within the highly reputable East Grand Rapids school district. We are conveniently located near I-96 for ease of traveling to downtown Grand Rapids for work or entertainment, and just... minutes away from Knapp's Corner for expedient shopping at Meijer or fine dining at a local restaurant.

Beckwith Place features both apartments and townhouses with many options to meet your specific needs. Our homes also feature intercom entrances, carports, individual heating and cooling, and well insulated walls. Each unit has walk-in closets, garbage disposals, and all the appliances and fixtures you need in a new home. We even have some options with in-unit washer and dryer! Ask us about our upgraded townhomes!

Our clubhouse features an available space for our residents to hold events as well as a sparkling heated swimming pool for summer use.

Great experience!

I moved in in July and have had a great experience! The office staff is so helpful and maintenence as well. I love the wooded view out of my apartment!

Great place for off campus living!

My daughter attended Cornerstone University and found Beckwith Place to be a perfect place to call home! The staff is very friendly and helpful, any maintenance needs were taken care of very quickly.

Bang for Buck!

Beckwith Place is at nexus of cost-effective living and useful, modern features. While not the most upscale establishment, the structures and amenities of Beckwith Place make it an appealing place to live while staying within a reasonable budget. Office staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance repairs are done quickly, within 36 hours. Dedicated covered parking, lockable outside storage, dishwasher, same level washer and dryer, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with patio/deck, private backyards... , and easy access to highways/downtown area. A great option for the money! ($700/month)

Peaceful

It is hidden and out of sight from the main road. The staff is wonderful and it is nice and quiet all the time. The pool is heated and have lounge chairs but know table. The club house is small holding twenty people.

Affordable and comfortable

The place is in good condition although, the appliances could use an update . Rent is affordable deposit is reasonable the apartments are spacious and I'm very happy that their 2 bedroom also, has 2 bathrooms that pretty nice. Management is nice and easy to work with.
