Amenities constantly down including the garage door for close to three weeks, windows to fitness center still broken after months. For a building which claims closed access as a windows, the garage door issues and the windows close to discard this at all since you can still access the building from the garage stairs. Smaller amenities like the coffee maker, trash compactor, and printer usually go down and have taken days/weeks to fix. The building is rarely ever clean. The carpets continue to... deteriorate with no sign of slowing. The team is great and the individual units are nice but the building is not up to how it should be.
