The staff here are all very friendly and super helpful. They are always willing to answer questions or assist with setting up deliveries for large items, such as furniture. Box Board Lofts also has many nice amenities like a dog wash station, mail room, lounge community areas, gym, and a sound proof room for studies or important meetings. Aside from all that, it is pet friendly and the average costs are rather affordable for the area. Our space is set up nicely and the appliances are newer with... little ware to them. Market Ave SW is also a rather quiet street, the only real noise is from the train that goes by a few times but it isn't super noticeable. The community that lives here is for the most part younger BUT they're all friendly and for the most part quite. Only ever had one noise complaint and it was resolved quickly between the 2 of us, they didn't realize it was that loud (easy compromise). It's location is also perfect for hanging out or groceries. 10/10 great living space.
