Rachel is your best friend!

I really enjoy living here and the friendly atmosphere. I really enjoy the hospitality of Rachel! She will make sure you’re taken care of and it just feels really accepting here. This is a great place to restart your life and it’s in such a great location. This is a no brainer and it’s nearby everything including the MALL!

Quiet and lovely

We have lived here for over two years and it is a quiet, peaceful community! The maintenance is always quick to fix issues and the office team is always very friendly! The location is very convenient!

great apartment!

i love it here. spacious apartment, great location, and all of the staff that i’ve had contact with have been friendly! when i have had to call maintenence they have been quick and very friendly.

The Preserve at Woodland!

Perfect Location

We’ve been very satisfied with The Preserve at Woodland. With this being our first apartment since we moved to Grand Rapids, we weren’t sure how the move would be. The maintenance and office staff have exceeded our expectations greatly tho and we couldn’t recommend choosing The Preserve at Woodland more.
