NO HEAT

I moved in literally within the last 3 days and haven’t had heat since. It’s been below freezing weather too. They gave me a heat fan, not a space heater that has the metal coils and can heat space but a fan that produces heat only as far as standing in front of it. I don’t even want to live here anymore. On top of that, every time I call the office they don’t answer. I walk into the office and they are sitting there.

I paid a security deposit and rent just for me not to be able to stay there… because there is no heat. I don’t recommend you come to these apartments considering it’s literally winter and no heat. An apartment complex is only as good as its maintenance really.

Hard to get them to fix stuff

My air conditioner has been broken for weeks. I’ve reported it repeatedly but nobody responds or even cares. The fan is about to fall, I’ve reported it no one cares or responds to requests for maintenance. Don’t move here!

The parking spots are so small you can barely even park next to a neighbor & the hot water runs out OFTEN you can hear neighborhoods entering & exiting & walking around on top of you there is no one barely on sight, the on sight manager is kinda rude whom is barely even there

Great and Peaceful

I lived there, 1513 until January 17 2022! It is quiet and friendly community! I hated that I had to move! However, I love the renovations and I look forward to moving back! It is located in a very nice location having 696 very close as well as my credit union and Kroger's very close! I loved being there!
I look forward to returning and feel that I could be an asset to the community!
