Smokers Paradise, Stolen Packages
Do you love to smoke every 20 min? Hate going out in the cold? Well this is the perfect place for you. Kick back in your recliner and enjoy smoking a full pack right in your living room with zero consequences. Complaints do absolutely nothing. They just tell you they can’t do anything. Plan on ordering a package? Good luck getting it. Chances are it’s stolen before you even get notified of the delivery. This has been bad for the last few years. Plan on parking in the garage in the spring/summer?... Forget it. Annual flooding of the garage every year and we can’t park there. Water and sand coming up through all the support pillars. Constant water leaks from pipes in the garage. Water shut offs are very common. No water softener. New manager and maintenance every month or two and good luck dealing with them. They just want your rent money. Altercations have happened with residents with zero consequences, like the last reviewer mentioned. Some of the elderly are scared to leave their unit once the office closes because of certain residents. Alarm system for the building is always broke. Elevator is down all the time. I will say that I like my unit, but that’s where it ends. I’ve been here 7 years and it’s gone so far downhill so fast. Upkeep of the building is non existent, just like the rules here.
