I’m satisfied when I can call the office with the maintenance request and it is fixed correctly and properly. Maintenance did take action right away and sent a plumber to my apartment on a Thursday night. I had to contact the office Monday morning about completing the pipe work under the sink. I was at disbelief that they didn’t know. It wasn’t complete meaning maintenance and plumber didn’t communicate about progress. I spent four days unable to use one side of my sink. Overall problem solved... under the sinkand changed my faucet. I am very well pleased. Maintenance are always pretty cool. He did explain when he came up he wasn’t aware that I wasn’t taking care of that Thursday night.
