Avana Southview Apartments

The apartment and location are nice but the noise is terrible. There are crying babies, dogs barking, firework launching, and more within the building. Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Upon move in, the washer was filled with many pieces of what looked to be bark from a tree. Getting the keys was easy. That being said, I noticed a key that looked like the key to the amenities just sitting in the grass near the leasing office. That makes me feel unsafe. Of all the apartments I have lived in my life in several countries, Avana Southview is the best including - attractive apartments, pool and weight room, close to walkable transportation and shopping, quiet, manicured grounds, quick maintenance response, pet facilities, and excellent customer service.

Pretty decent place to live. Decent amenities that get the job done but nothing too exciting. Good for the price you pay for the apartments

Of the many apartments I have stayed at in several countries Avana Southview is tops. Beautifully manicured grounds, clean and well-maintained apartments, close to all amenities and transportation, and a friendly staff that are quick to please their tenants.
