Individual townhomes. large, fenced in yard, 2 car garages. Still under construction so everything is new. They are building an outdoor pool that looks awesome. Quiet location but right by Target. When my lease is up next year I will definitely be seeing what is available.

I toured this property out of curiosity. I am not looking for a place right now but if someone is I would recommend checking these out. The kitchens are beautiful. The space feels like an actual home. The property is situated in a location that feels rural but is close to everything. Very well planned out.

I recently toured Summerwell. The units are brand new and very nice! They are spacious and modern. I met with Penny and Jason. They are both very knowledgeable about the development, and patiently answered all my questions. I definitely recommend a tour!
