Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests is enforced. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy that involves calling the police for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
