DO NOT LIVE HERE
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived in the townhomes since august, and have had an overall terrible experience. The washers/dryers in the communal townhome laundry room are the worst, the clothes come out soapy and soaking wet from the washer regardless of how small of a load you put in, which means the dryers can't properly dry them, so if you want dry clothes it'll be ridiculously expensive. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests, and yet nothing has changed or been fixed despite... management telling us they did. The walls are incredibly thin which means you can hear everything from your neighbors next to and below you, and you can also smell EVERYTHING (weed, food, garbage etc.). We had mice in our apartment and it took maintenance forever to come deal with it. They charged us for not putting utilities in our names with the city, even though that had already previously been done. We submitted urgent maintenance requests because our window broke and hadn't been fixed in over 48hrs despite the cold temperatures, and when it was fixed, maintenance was shocked nobody had already come to look at it.
Would love to have been able to give a better review, but unless somethings change, it'll be hard to do so.
Update: we have a squirrel that has been in our apartment multiple times, eating our food and pooping on the counters. We have been trying to fix this for nearly a MONTH and nothing significant has occurred. Today when my roommate saw the squirrel AGAIN and reported it to the front desk, they told her that other people were having the same issue. And yet NOTHING has happened to fix it. This is disgusting, unsanitary, and UNSAFE

AVOID
Whatever you do, avoid the townhomes. The communal landry room is the absolute worst. The clothes come out soaking wet and the dryers aren’t able to dry them, this makes doing even a single load of laundry extremely expensive. We have had a consistent mice problem. On top of that, every maintenance request we have submitted has taken at least two weeks to be addressed, if it was addressed at fall. There were multiple times they told us they fixed something and they hadn’t even been in our unit.... We had the pane of our window fall out and the temperature was below freezing and they still didn’t make it a priority. Management is rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

Do NOT live here
Floco Fusion will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING- do NOT expect to get your full security deposit back. We moved into a disgusting apartment and when we moved out, we spent days deep cleaning, just for them to take half of our deposit. They have refused to compromise on the matter- even though the damage is from previous tenants that they never told us about. Management is horrible and they clearly don't care about their renters. I'd recommend that you find another apartment.

Terrible.
I honestly have a very hard time even placing one star on this building. I have had multiple leases with them throughout my college years because I thought the pricing was affordable. They do not monitor who pays what, leases are a mess because they do not have individual leasing. They can hardly keep track of their own payments within their system. The staff has in the past purposefully ignored calls from tenants because they do not want to deal with questions about where the issues with... payments are coming from. They scam college students and are a really poorly run apartment building. The cheap price-tag and 'flexible' pricing is a gimmick for all the fees and issues to come when choosing to live here. I do not recommend is an understatement.
