Moorish Mansion

Gorgeous Moorish-style units with unique details (stained glass windows, barrel vaulted hallways, wrought iron railings, etc.) at an affordable price. Location is unbeatable, within walking distance from Lake Calhoun, Lunds, and Uptown shopping and bars. The building is in great condition considering it's over 80 years old. We did have a few issues with plumbing upon move-in but management addressed them quickly and compensated us appropriately. Not air-conditioned but as the building is made of... stone, it stays pretty cool in the heat. Great non-traditional apartment at a great price!
