Great New Management
Since there has been new management for the Park and Franklin Lofts I’be been enjoying living here. They really make it safe and communicating with management is easy and they are super kind!

New Management
Under the new management, the building has undergone impressive improvements. It's consistently tidy and secure for residents. Navigating the hallways and stairs is now enjoyable, as they're clear of debris. The management team is responsive and thoughtful, swiftly addressing any issues to ensure the tenants' comfort.

You don't "deserve" this
I know the ad says that this building gives you the "life you deserve" but that's only true if you've earned some really bad karma.
The grounds constantly have garbage littered all over the place. Sometimes it overflows in the garage to the point where you can't safely drive your vehicle in and out. They charge you for a parking space, but non-residents will steal your spot all the time.
The elevator smells like pot non-stop. There is water damage on the ceiling and the building is only a year... old. Management doesn't return phone calls or emails.
There's a crime problem. Even though there are security cameras all over the place, management won't actually use them to help solve the crimes committed here. There have been multiple incidents where residents' cars were broken into and management has done nothing when the cameras face the lot and may clearly show who the thieves are.
I've lived here for five months and not once has a property manager actually returned one of my phone calls. There have been three different property managers during my time here, by the way, so that should say a lot as well.
You don't deserve to live here. You deserve much, much better.

We have addressed the parking problems, the security issues and our response time to maintenance issues is always less than 24 hours.

Nice units, deplorable management
It's been nothing short of a nightmare since I moved into this place. It took three months for the property manager to finally respond to the many phone calls and emails I sent to get set up in the utility management system just to pay my water and gas bill.
The grounds are constantly littered with trash. So much trash that I am constantly worried what my dog might get into if I'm not vigilant when I take him outside. Enough trash to pose a risk to cars coming in and out of the garage.
They... don't return phone calls. About anything. Someone broke into our car and management won't pull the security footage to give to the police. After speaking with some neighbors, apparently, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Avoid this building and any property managed by Level 10 Management.
