VSM Fees & Requirements:
- Application Fee: $50
- Lease Origination Fee: $3000
- Pet Deposit: $250 non-refundable.
- Pet Rent: $25 per month.
- Move in funds include security deposit, first full month’s rent, lease origination fee, and non-refundable pet fee, if applicable.
- Tenant must obtain renter’s insurance with no less than $100,000 in liability coverage prior to moving in.
- Any utility accounts that are to be paid directly by tenant, must be in tenants name (by tenant) prior to moving in, unless specified otherwise.
