Great Place to Live!

Great spot to call home!
Great Location! In unit laundry! Practical layouts! Great amenities! Comes with one garage spot and ample parking!

Awesome staff & easy to work with
Love this property very beautiful outside and just as clean on the inside I have had nothing but good experiences and on top of that any time there’s something wrong in my home, maintenance always shows up within a couple hours

Good community
Overall, I have been satisfied living here. There have been some issues that have come up but they seem to be resolved now. I will say I am very impressed with the quality of maintenace and the time it takes to get a work order done. The units are very spacious and I rarely have issues with the neighbors. I give 4 stars because I would like to see more involvement from the staff with the residents (i.e. events, newsletters etc.). Since we have been here, there has only been one event and that... was city wide. I haven’t seen any kind of community involvement which I feel is an important aspect of living in a multi-housing community. I also would like to see more upkeep in the common areas; refilling pet stations and ensuring the hallways are maintained. The area seems safe and I feel comfortable living here.

Cons:
Rent is expensive (but that's anywhere)- I feel I get what I pay for (pro)
Doors are heavy so I have to use two hands... Not a big deal but... frustrating when holding several items and a leash attached to a dog
