3. Take away residents storage room and force you to pay it .
4. They charge water/sewer/garage fee every month.
5. residents car keep get break in or stolen.
6. No any good facility in that apartment. No swimming pool/playground/even place for entrainment. Washer and dryer always broken.
Only good thing live here is close to Cub and Aldi that all.

Stay away
Relentless rent increases, smelly old dirty hallway carpet and the ever changing of managers and company staff just scratches the surface of what to expect living at this property.
Do yourself a favor and look for one of the many new or better apartments around the twin cities that offer many amenities for the same or less rent then these over priced smelly dumps that offer nothing but poor service and rent increases.

Terrible place !!
This apartment in the good location. However the apartment so many problem.
1) Dog problem. many apartment have dog. Barking when owner gone. Dog poo and pee on parking lot and yards. If you dont pay attention ,you will step on that.
2) Parking is joke. The building dont have enough parking lot . Most of time, you need parking on the street. In the winter, if you parking your car on the street when snowing. You will get ticket. I already get four ticket from that. You can pay $40 to rent garage... but the garage door always can not open and inside have water leaking.
3)The housekeeper keep clean the building but never do deep clean. You will see many stains in the hallways carpets.

Dog problem !!
This place close to the Cub and drive 10 minutes to other stores like target .The apartment company told us this place only cat allowed. But after move in ..some apartment have dog .The problems is when their owner gone , dog start barking and even let the dog run in the hallway without leash. The people bring the dog out ...just pee and poo on the yard and back door (close parking lot ).Parking is suck .Most of time you need parking your car on the street .Parking lots always full because many... people abandon their old car in the parking lot then will be there forever. I already move out before winter come .If you don't want listen a dog barking make sure get away from 1760 106 and 305 apartment .
