Some of my favorite things to know about living here:

-The townhome association owns a large side-yard that is rarely used. It is perfect for yard games and hosting
-The location is conveniently right off of Highway 169 and 101
-Half an hour west is Waconia and half an hour east is Minneapolis, so this is a wonderful "in between" rural and city location
-The other units are occupied by friendly homeowners, and not renters, so it is a tranquil spot
-Close to downtown Shakopee which includes all of the local businesses and restaurants
-There are many, many options for trails within a 10 minute radius! Downtown Shakopee alone has the Minnesota Valley State Trail, which stretches through Chaska, Shakopee, and St Paul
-Within walking distance is a park which includes a large community area and grill, frisbee golf, horseshoes, splashpad, pickleball court, and sand bottom water park
-Only a minute drive away is Anytime Fitness, HyVee, and the Dollar Store, which are all so convenient
-The Shakopee community offers several free event series in the summer, like Rythm on the Rails, and yoga in the park
