I have lived at Avana Addison for 6 years. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and trendy. I love my private garage that is a few feet from my door. Rent is reasonable. Shakopee is a great location with fun activities. I am a single female. I have never felt a threat to my safety. I would recommend.

Best square footage per $ in town. Clever layout. For 2 bedroom apts a separate laundry room.
Love the granite countertops and whatever the bathroom countertops/sink are made of they are easy to wipe up and stain free.

My experience at Avana Addison been amazing so far all the way from when I first toured all the way to now. The community is very helpful and very mindful they are very understanding and doesn’t complain about you complaining. They are always available. Anything you need help with they come help right away. I love my apartment I love my community.
