How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a good place to live if you want privacy and peace.

Flooring and insulation is terrible. Walls are very thin so you hear everything. Squeaky floorboards above you. This feels like a retirement home since almost all residents seem older. Rude and nosey older ladies on the committee here who want to know your business.
