Utility costs according to the tenant:
-Electric and water together are roughly $158/month for family of 5
-Gas average for the year is about $130/month (high in winter and low in summer)
-Garbage is $20/mo paid every 3 months
This means $308/month on average, total for these utilities (if you're 5 people)
