Maintenence sucks in this complex. The maintenance guys are great but there's only as much they can do because of the lack of staff.
Time that it takes to fix things is too long, I have a ticket open for over 6 months to clean my vents and nobody has come yet.

Great neighborhood and community ?? Only thing is maintenance doesn't come to fix things when order is put in. It has been 2 years since I moved in and some things still haven't been fixed or replaced.

I have really liked living here and had no problems with the office workers until recently. We have had problems with water damage and mold for months now. At this point I’m ready for my lease to be over. :(

Apartments are low cost, but old and come with some issues. Leaks in the roof are common and go unfixed. It causes mold in your unit. Pool is dirty and never gets cleaned. It is always full of hair and bugs. Don't know if it's an issue with pool filter or something else. Other than that the place is ok. Staff is nice

Everything has been great in the almost two years that we've been here. We have had very few issues, and any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly. I do wish the backyards were fenced in for a bit of privacy, but that is really the only thing I'd change.
