My time here has been great for the most part, but getting maintenance to answer calls in a timely manner or waiting for emails back can be a waiting game.

Quite neighborhood friendly neighbors, it is hard sometimes to catch the office personal. But all is well. My privacy fence has not been fixed. It is just rigged up, thanks to my neighbor.

You will not be disappointed. The area, the cleanliness, the girls in the office all wonderful. Only drawbacks are maintenance isn’t in a rush unless you call the office. Greg was the only one that completed maintenance but he moved. Hoping Melisa and Kayla stay, they are a breath of fresh air.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Neighbors walk with their babies and children as well as their fur babies.

Trash and recycling is picked up every week on a regular schedule. Mail is secured in lock boxes and delivered daily.

House is great, maintenance and office staff are awful! Maintenance requests get ignored, office staff is never at the office and don’t answer the phone!
