Disappointed

Upkeep and maintenance of amenities has really gone downhill this year. Pool was clearly not cleaned before filled and is often filled with leaves. Courtyard furniture is dirty and decorative lanterns, etc, have been broken for months but not removed or repaired.

Nice place, but entitled residents not held accountable

Great, as long as you like seeing mountains of trash piled outside the trash compactor every weekend because people jam it and there are no consequences.

We do issue violations when warranted, but please understand that we are... unable to have eyes on every inch of the community at all times. Loved Living at Vanguard

I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues. I would definitely recommend Vanguard Heights!

Love the Vanguard Heights!

I have to start my review with how wonderful Krista and Natasha are. They have been incredibly responsive in every way, shape, and form. We looked at many apartments before deciding on the Vanguard and now that we've been there over a month we have no regrets whatsoever with the decision that we made. The building and the grounds offer us everything we need. But above all it's the people (management) that make the Vanguard the best choice. We would also like to add how fantastic the... maintenance staff is. So thank you again Krista and Natasha (and the complete team) for all you have done to make the Vanguard our home!

Beautiful place!

Me and my husband loved this place from day one. The apartments are beautiful and modern - everything is brand new. 24/7 gym, free starbucks coffee, salt water pool, print center, wine cellar, and a great staff! I love coming home from work every day.
