Terrible terrible terrible

Awful management and terrible communication. I could not recommend this apartment complex to anyone as I have had the most frustrating experiences with their team. Very unprofessional

So Happy Here

This is fantastic place to live. Safe, beautiful, friendly, convenient. The staff is really nice and responsive to your needs. The apartment is a great size and very quiet. It feels like home.

The do not improve but raise your rent.

I have rented from Turnberry for several years and have been a great tenant. When u renew your lease they will raise the rent considerably and you never get updates. I have carpet tacks coming up and they will not do anything about it. DO NOT RENT from these people!

Love this community

Relaxing, clean place to live. I love how close it is to my place of work, restaurants, and other fun things in St. Charles. The staff is friendly. It is never a hassle paying rent. Five stars from me!

Feels Like Home

The staff is great...they've always been very friendly and welcoming. I've only had one minor maintenance issue since moving in but the crew was very responsive and had it taken care of within an hour. Very happy to call Turnberry Place home.
