Worst year of my life
Several of the units are AirBnB’s - upon move in I was promised they were not. There are two below me and there is no sound proof. My typical Monday or Tuesday sleep is interrupted by weed smoke, cigarette smoke, loud music, or illegal drug trafficking. This doesn’t even explain the problem with them not maintaining security and the homeless people the get into our building and sleep on the couches or in the garage. There is always trash everywhere and they only allow online payment and there is... a stupid $2.50 fee to do so where anywhere else you can write a check. The owner is a creep and hits on 19 year old women. Never live here, I hope they get shut down.

I will never be the same.
Horrible experience. There is a steady flow of homeless people living in and around the building, not only does this cause the building itself to be unsanitary but also terrifying. There is a serious roach infestation that you can hear in the walls at night. I returned home one day to find two uninvited men standing in my living room. It turned out that it was a manager showing my unit to a potential renter. No notice was given and it was around 4 months in to a year long lease. It is unclear... how many times my apartment was used as a show room for potential renters without me knowing. I would look into finding a real apartment instead of this filthy unsafe storage unit for people.

Worst experience ever
Roaches, paper thin walls, drug use, dogs pooping in hall and leaking roof. AVOID AT ALL COST or it will cost you
