The management is great, every time I have had a problem maintenance person has shown up the same day to fix it. The management is very good, I have never had an issue they didn't fix.

Management is helpful when you're looking to lease but they do a very poor job of addressing actual issues when you are a resident. Seem more interested in filling apartments than truly managing issues that negatively impact residents' quality of life.

The interiors of the properties are nice however they raised the rent in some cases over $100 a month causing a mass exodus, then stopped watering the grass or trimming, weeds everywhere.

I worked with Briana and she was amazing. Its never easy finding a place out of state that you won't have a chance to see until you move, but she made it a great experience. She told me about the area and offered resources for me to see the property online, and answered questions I didn't know I had. Great communication and all the processes were streamlined.
I had many options in the area but she gave me the confidence that this was the right choice. Thanks again.

My family and I love our new town home. We are literally minutes away from all of the shops and restaurants so we are saving tons in gas. This is the perfect location if you love being close to everything while still living in a quiet neighborhood. Not only are the homes lovely, the staff makes the residents their top priority.
