Mismanagement and misinformation (To start one star isn't low enough!)
Don't move here. I have been in the build for just over half a year and have had issue after issue.
Mismanagement and misinformation are the main cruxes of the Apartment building. I have directly spoken to mgmt staff to correct issue such and Heating, Cooling, water pressure, Cracked paint, Broken Elevators, Callbox issues, the Toilet seat was broken, no access to the fitness center, and broken laundry room on multiple occasions with at best-being resolve in a couple of weeks too ongoing... issues.
Heating- In the winter do not expect to have heat. My unit was an unpleasant 40-45 Degrees (Just warm enough for water not to FREEZE). This was not just my Unit but multiple of my neighbors.
Cooling- If your AC unit breaks outside of summer don't expect it to be repaired the next summer. A broken AC is considered Low priority.
Water Pressure- Every time I Shower or wash dishes my water Dribbles out of the Faucet. Requiring me to wait until the pressure to build for a while or no Shower/ wash dishes.
Paint- The paint in my bathroom began to Crack after a Week of me living here and still hasn't been Repainted. The Cracked continue to grow in size and location.
Elevator- The Elevators are CONSTANTLY BROKEN for extend periods. From someone who works 13+ Hours Daily on feet walking up 3+ Flights of stairs is Daunting.
Toilet Seat/ Basic Maintenance- My toilet seat Broke I put in a Service Request It took 20 DAYS to GET IT REPAIRED! Call Box- It took 5 months before office staff to put my phone number in the box 5 MONTHS (I ask for this the 3rd week of me living here). After month 2 I asked what the hold up was and office staff told me it was broken and would to a couple weeks to fix but the mail man assured me that is how he has access to the building when doors are locked.
Fitness Center- There is a fitness center but you will not have access to it. This Company has taken the most Draconian approach to Covid and fitness I've ever seen.
Laundry Room- The Main issue is that when something Breaks it takes a while to Fix. If a machine is Broken there is no Notice that it is.
I have spoken to there Sentinel Corp (Their management company) with very little Recourse. The company is more interested in collection your hard earned money (whether its monthly or through early moveout) than operating a Viable community. This build is a Slum Building Please Reconsider moving Here.

Management Disaster
First off, this is the only apartment complex in the downtown area (Kansas City metropolitain) which didnt open their pool on memorial day. Not because it wasn't ready, the management just forgot to unlock it before leaving for the entire weekend. That was the final straw before this review.
I had water damage in my newly renovated unit. The whole wall looked like it was bubbling. I notified management, they said someone would be there to fix it next week. 2 weeks later, maintenance finally... scrapped the paint from the effected area, it was a friday, and they left a note they wouldbe back to finish it on Monday. 2 weeks later, they finally got around to repainting my wall. Only they didnt get all the bubbles, I'm just too annoyed to ask again.
The bathroom, they used a white latex paint directly over the teal tile, needless to say, its peeling. One small scratch in the shower and now i have bubbles in the paint everywhere. They forgot to finish painting behind the door of the bathroom as well, exposed teal all long the bottom.
Window a/c units , one with an insulation barrier to stop the wind, one without. Blinds come with the apartment, of 4, 3 are able to be adjusted, the 4th wont pull up (apparently this is my fault). Prety much a non-issue to me but with everything else its extra annoying. Not to mention all the windows are extremely foggy and you can hardly see out of them.
Heat is on 24/7, its free, but youre apartment will never be below 80degrees without using you A/C.
Management lost the very first package I had sent.
Theres no code to enter building, you must go downstairs and manually let in any delivery or guest. Some people have codes I've heard, I asked, they dont have one for me I guess.
These are supposed to be newly renovated, they look like a extremely cheap renovation. Managme
