Outdated and Awful
Management is terrible and the property owner ignores phone calls and emails. The property is NOT maintained, the interiors are all original to the 1986 build (including rotting drywall in the bathrooms), and the rent is WAY too high for how dated and run-down this place is - and they try to raise it by $80 each year. Awful people are moving in, some rooming 4 or more people per unit who are questionable, at best. Garbage left everywhere and the smell of dog crap around the buildings. The... manager is almost never in the office (she manages more than 1 property) so don't expect her to be of ANY help. Worst renting experience ever. Avoid this place.

Love it!
We have lived here for almost a year now and we absolutely love it here. The management is great and any problems we’ve ever had we have had resolved very quickly. The complex is very clean and a calm, quiet place. We absolutely love living here

Not worth it
These apartments have multiple things wrong with them, property manager does not make sure apartment is in Good condition Before moving someone in. No utilities are included like it states. You have to pay for trash sewer and water. The property manager is beyond unprofessional. Rip off
