Pear Tree Apartments

I moved here recently, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and comes with modern appliances. The building is generally quiet, and neighbors are respectful. I especially appreciate the on-site amenities like the gym and laundry facilities.

Management is responsive to maintenance requests, parking is decent, but guest spots can be limited. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit.

I have been more than pleased and happy with moving here. I was skeptical at first for the area, but everything worked out and the office people are some of the nicest people around
