Crime and drugs
No maintenance. Shootings. Prostitution. Drugs use and sales. Cops need a substation in here. Trash everywhere. Dumpster always broke down. Security gate hasn't worked in years.

I have lived at Park at Lemoyne for over 5 years. It is well kept and overall a good place to call home.
