The staff here at Colony Pointe are great. No Lie!!! Whenever I have an issue with any appliances, I either call or put a work order in. Next hour or next day it’s fixed. My second year here and I still can complain…

I love staying here at Colony Pointe. The area is very quiet, traffic is not heavy, and my neighbors are awesome individuals. The office staff & maintenance crew are both very friendly. I will recommend this property to most of my friends.

Just need some updating and pressure washing. Clean up around the garage can. It’s quiet and everyone friendly. I would recommend first a time mover
