River Rock at Shingletree Homes

We have been living at RiverRock at Shingletree for several months now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Managed by the excellent team of Makayla, Bethany, and Tom, the community is a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth.

From day one, we felt welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is inviting, with a strong sense of community. One of the highlights of living here is the abundance of activities available. We enjoy playing pickleball, swimming, and having fun at the pool and... ping-pong tables. The calendar is filled with events that encourage social interaction, keeping the community lively and engaged.

Safety is a top priority for us, and we feel secure knowing there's always someone around to talk to. This supportive environment makes a big difference in our daily lives.

After thoroughly vetting this property, along with a couple others, as we prepared to downsize, there was no question that River Rock had all we needed and more. Kitchen has upgraded soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash, stainless appliances plus a large walk-in pantry. Both bedrooms are sizeable, and each has complete walk-in closets with full bathrooms. Great additional storage throughout the home. And everything is NEW and pristine. Amenities are more resort-like... and well thought out, and the on-site staff is unbelievably responsive. Beyond their responsiveness, they creatively plan regular events that encourage the development of camaraderie and community among the residents. This place was a breath of fresh air. New property and the young lady who gave us a tour was very helpful. It is a nice place with great amenities and beautiful scenery for walks with our dog.
