Kildaire Reserve Apartments

This apartment community is great overall. Management is reasonable and willing to have face-to-face conversations. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues.

Had a chance to venture to the pool with my grand-daughter( I don't go out much) due to disability, and I was pleasantly surprised!! I met some very nice and cordial people, and there were some social staff there! I actually got into the pool, ya'll, brace and all.
Cannot swim anymore, but my granddaughter had a ball!! This is my 10th year residing here, and I love it!! It works for me!!

So far it’s been terrible. The move in was challenging. I was told I would have certain things and I don’t and the day I moved in, I discovered there are roaches everywhere.

Love living here. Pleasant staff. Grounds are kept clean and maintenance responds in a timely fashion. Most people here are friendly. Would like to have better lighting at night, but for the most part I’m pleased

I want to love this new management but it’s very clear they are not given the support and staffing needed to run the complex. They seem overworked and stressed and as a result get snappy with the tenants. I had an issue where my stove was not plugged in from the first day I moved in, with no cord to plug it in. Someone told me maintenence would fix it before the end of move in day. Nobody did. I didn’t notice until the following night, and then they were closed on the next day. The day after... that, I called the leasing office and spoke to someone who said it would get done that day. It was not done that day, so the next day I went in person to the leasing office (after calling 3 times and emailing once with no response). The lady I spoke to was rude and condescending, stating she was being pulled in different directions and busy.
