The apartment is really good! The atmosphere is so chill, and it is near to school, so I can walk to school everday. And it is really safe because we should use the key to open every door.

I have to say, the service at this apartment has been the worst I have ever experienced. From poor communication to unprofessional handling of issues, I’ve encountered multiple problems that have gone unresolved. The management seems uninterested in addressing residents' concerns, and there's a serious lack of basic maintenance and support. If you’re considering Flats, I strongly advise against it. There are much better options available that value their residents and provide a far better living... experience.

Really nice and safe apartment. The gate to the second and third buildings has been broken for over 6 months now with no fix which has been quite frustrating as they advertise a gated community. Overall, the apartment is nice, clean, and has good amenities. However, for what the rent is, it is frustrating to have the gate not working or the front door to the building randomly locking even with a key fob.
