A phenomenal community to live in. I've lived in 5 different cities with some of Cortland competitors (Camden, MAA, and Greystar properties) and this has been by far the best experience. Its community-centric vibes make it a standout in the realm of hospitality and the price band is arguably the greatest feature.

As I am coming up on my year here, I truly have felt like I am apart of a community. The neighbors are very friendly and considerate. The exterior of the building looks immaculate. The communication memos has always been clear and timely. Every time I need something Riki has been my first point of contact and she’s been nothing but knowledgeable, personable, and dependable.
