Safety

Cars have been getting broken into in the parking garage, 6 cars had their tires slashed and the office says there are only camera on the first floor. They do not care about their residents.

Not worth the price. You can get a better value at one of the other cookie-cutter apartment complexes that predominate the sunbelt.

Great location right on Rail Trail. Covered parking. Nice gym and two pools. Renovated apartments are very nice. Industrial chic hallways. Ongoing maintenance and renovations.

The management team is not helpful. The maintenance team is understaffed and slow to help, even when urgent situations. The apartment complex is always cluttered and dirty due to constant renovations.
