Not what I expected I love the location and all the current upgrades being done but too much negative has occurred during my 15 month stay. Fire alarm constantly goes off and my car has been broken into twice with two broken windows. Stray people have been wondering in hallways and stairwells. I have seen improvement over the last few months and hopefully this place will continue going in the right direction.

Not Good This building charges for services that are not rendered (I.e. trash removal). The Fire alarm system is unreliable and disturbing. I could go on and on, but I do not believe there will be any change…

I think the complex itself is nice and the staff does a good job , however the residents fail to clean up after themselves leaving the hallways smelling of dog pee , trash all over, same with the lower parking deck it smells bad all the time. The trash is regularly not picked up yet we get fined if we put it out to early/late. The residents do not follow by quiet hours as those of us that have upstairs neighbors have to hear what they are watching or playing continuously. Overall some of the… residents just suck.

Worst management I've ever seen

Maintenance takes months to fix any issue, even if that issue is 2 out of 4 elevators are broken. Their package lockers broke, so now they just let people steal packages from the mail room instead of fixing them or coming up with a better solution. The hallways are always covered in trash and half the amenities don't even work.
