Maria is phenomenal! My family and I met her and toured and just knew instantly this was our new home! The amazing skyline view helped too but ultimately it was the stellar service from her, Xavier and the team from the concierge to maintenance crew we love them all!!!

It’s a decent building. The view is nice. There’s a lot of young residents, but there haven’t been any issues thus fa. It’s decent for what you’re paying.

I think the Building smell & maintenance could be better. Leasing staff also could be friendly. The attitudes & tone makes you not want to deal with or ask for any help pertaining issues you have.Building is outdated as well. The ceiling design is also odd. Being that it looks halfway done.
