Staff is amazing and attentive! I enjoy the community here the most, and absolutely love my unit. The only downsides is the parking situation that I have had issues with. First of all the layout is pretty inconvenient, people like to fly through the decks and it’s really difficult to see people coming from around the corner-I’ve gotten into many “close calls” in there. Additionally, the main gate that is in service is very faulty. We were locked in there for a solid 20 minutes and concierge... was unable to help so we had to figure the gate system out on our own. There is also an additional fee for parking, which I think is absurd given the quality of the area. Not to mention, the new Metropolis system started overcharging me and it created a lot of headaches. That leads me to the other downside-you have to plan to leave your apartment. It takes me sometimes well over 20 minutes to just get to my car let alone out of the parking garage. I blame this on the elevators-there are 3 total and only 2 run on a consistent basis. The reliability of whether or not those two elevators work is up to determination, because there have been several occurrences where the entire building was dependent on one single elevator. If you can move past this, then it truly is a wonderful place to live.

Management is very bad. They do not respond to any of my emails/requests. I have been inquiring for months about the EV charging station that is not working the parking garage and no one had ever said anything. I was told that a technician is coming and that was likely not true because no one came.
I cannot t have access to the elevators or stairs in the parking and no one seems to care to fix this issue.
The recycling room on the floor where I live on 1500 south is full and has not been emptied...
for weeks.
I only started to live here in October 2025 and the water was out for at least 3 occasions. Never seen that in any other building I lived in.
These complaints span over a period of only two and a half months

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and for the frustrations you’ve experienced since moving in. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how... disruptive these issues have been.
We take matters related to accessibility, maintenance, utilities, and responsiveness very seriously. Since receiving resident feedback, we have already begun addressing several of these concerns, including coordinating repairs for the EV charging station, restoring garage access points, increasing recycling service frequency, and implementing improvements to reduce utility interruptions. We are also working closely with our maintenance team and vendors to ensure continued progress.
We regret that your emails and requests were not responded to in a timely manner, and we are actively improving our communication processes to prevent this going forward.
We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to contact the management office directly so we can follow up on your specific concerns and ensure they are fully resolved.

Prompt response when emailing the leasing office about concerns. Pretty easy move in. I will say I still had a lot of unanswered questions coming in I felt should have been addressed prior to move in but besides that it’s been pretty good so far!

No water some days and dog poop and pee always on steps so it stinks so bad when you have to take them. Please don’t be in a rush you might step in poop and elevators take forever to come.
