I love living here. The staff is wonderful. The community is great. The food is just around the corner. wouldn’t choose no other place to live at.

The Ascher South tower is pretty good. The amenities provided are decent. The constant maintenance of the elevators needs some work. The staff is very friendly but overwhelmed which leads to late replies.

Everyone is so kind, especially the concierge. I love seeing dogs every day and everyone takes care of them so well. The gym is also very nice and the top floor is awesome.

Move-in and living experience have been good so far. I would like getting in touch with the staff a bit easier via phone. It’s rare to reach the office in 1-2 call attempt but once answered, they have been quick to resolve issues.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a peaceful and quiet place with beautiful sunsets and amazing city views. The administrative staff is very efficient and always helpful whenever I have questions about the Asher building.

The apartment was in very good condition when I moved in and everything has been very clean and well maintained. The amenities are excellent — I would honestly give them a 10/10.

The only small issue is that the stairways could use a little more cleaning, but overall it... has been a great experience living here.
