The community amenities are really nice. That aesthetic is also really great. The downside is that the staff is really low and they don’t prioritize phone calls or reaching back out through emails. It took a while for my car to get registered, which is something that should’ve been sent over before I picked up my move in keys. Luckily the gift card concession did not take long to be sent over to me. My first impression after moving in wasn’t totally the best. It took a minute to get my car registered so having to constantly ask the desk for a QR so I didn’t have to pay for parking until they got me registered was getting annoying. The leasing office is hard to reach especially if you work the same hours as the office. They don’t reply to emails and its hard to get through calls. It’s a very dog friendly place but the cleanliness outside the building isn’t totally the best either. If there’s... cameras people need to be held more accountable for letting their dogs potty in front the entrances or the build and parking entrance/exits.
