My roommate and I had an extremely difficult move in experience. Largely due to our leasing agent giving us ample amounts of misinformation, as well as neglecting to give or failing to know critical information. It’s impossible to get a timely response to emailed questions or requests, but the office staff is very helpful if you go in person. Everyone else in the community, besides our leasing agent, has been helpful and very kind, so thankfully that has helped save it! The facility itself is... beautiful, safe, and well kept in my opinion.
