The move in was smooth. It took a little bit for some things to be fixed, but they got it done. Only thing about the apt is that the floors seem to be a bit thin & cheap. Easy to damage. Be careful when sliding things across the floor.

I have lived here for two years now and I am pleased with how fast maintenance responds for repairs, and, with how quiet the complex is throughout the day, and night.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of engagement and the kindness shared here. The way everyone contributes, whether through thoughtful questions, valuable insights, or encouraging words, truly enhances the experience for all members. The diversity of ideas and respectful discussions have fostered a welcoming and inclusive environment, and that’s something we can all be proud of.
One suggestion for continued growth would be to see even more collaboration on projects and initiatives... . Perhaps we can explore ways to pair members with similar interests or create smaller focus groups to dive deeper into certain topics. Let’s keep the momentum going by supporting each other, staying curious, and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Whomever you guys have clean these apartments, they need to do a better job and they need to hit all the nooks and crannies. Other than not having a hub or it not being connected which means I can’t control anything from the app everything is fine.
