This four-story coastal retreat offers thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The open-concept living areas feature plush seating, high ceilings, and large windows showcasing stunning Currituck Sound views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers. It is stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home. The dedicated game room features a Pac-Man arcade, foosball table, and a variety of board games for all ages.
Guests have access to garage parking and an EV charger, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle owners. Off-street parking is available for up to six cars. We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The pool requires a lot of electricity to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 plus tax. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, and we need at least four days to heat the pool. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, with no additional charge.

To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it. Enjoy complete access to the entire property during your stay. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we provide a secure door code.
