Living at Everson Apartments is pretty great experience. You get amazing mountain views, a nice gym to stay active, and a super quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing or getting stuff done. Plus, it’s just minutes from WCU, so getting to class is easy. Is a pretty great place.

Living at Everson has been an amazing experience! The location is perfect—just minutes from campus and close to restaurants, grocery stores.
The apartments are modern, spacious, and fully furnished, with fast Wi-Fi and great amenities like a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing pool area. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and they host fun resident events.
I feel safe here, and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of social and quiet. If you're a college student looking for convenience... and comfort, I highly recommend living here!

So far it's been pleasant and quiet. Staff at front desk always helpful. The gym is pretty awesome, I've gotten to use some the equipment. The prizes the staff does for for the community is on another level that is great.

Great experience for my first off campus housing! The staff and amenities are great! Couldn’t ask for better. They also have awesome resident opportunities almost weekly.

My experience as a resident is going pretty good. I enjoy my living environment and the free snacks you give. I like it here so far. The events they host and goodie bags they give us are very nice. It gives us a chance to connect with one another. The pool is always clean and the new gym equipment is great.
