AVOID
I have lived here since August of last year and it’s the worst place I have ever lived for the price. The appliances are old and disgusting. The stove isn’t even level. The employees at the front desk are incredibly incompetent and rude. We have had bug issues since day one that have yet to be resolved. Getting packages is impossible as the office is never open. They test the fire alarms every other day it seems. They tore out the theater room which we pay for by the way and in the process... caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 in the morning where we all had to stand outside for an hour. Also, they had to shut water off during the day to different parts of the complex for an entire week because when they started construction on the theater room they found out their plumbing in the building was never to code in the first place. Makes you wonder what else isn’t to code. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. I can’t wait to move out. Counting down the days.
they added a package concierge service but if you don’t pick up your package in a certain amount of time they charge you. I’ve had package concierge at every apartment I’ve lived at for the past 5 years and never have I been charged for the service. It’s just another money grab. Do not live here. It’s all college students who are up and being loud all hours of the night. Not a place for working professionals.
