Lynnhaven Apartments

Since the new management has came in it’s have gotten worse I live there now and they tow your car for nothing and they haven’t came me my rent in like a whole year my roof is peeling since I moved in

Since Winterwood Mngmt has taken over, our neighborhood has improved significantly!! Office staff are excellent, improvements to the property are outstanding, as well as maintenance issues being addressed immediately. Property has improved 100% over the last 6 months, than the previous 3 years before. I am proud to call this place home.

Lynn Haven is under new management and they have made it so much better out here they have really cleaned up the neighborhood. They come now at a timely fashion to fix any work orders they have really made me feel proud to say this is my home. They had a lot of changes and cleaning up to do from previous management but I'm really overwhelmed with joy with the great things my new property managers are doing.

I wouldn't recommend nobody to move to lynn haven. They don't fix anything these apartments have mold and they not doing anything about it.
