There is free fume of marijuana inside the unit coming from the vent almost everyday. Reported already to the management and some just smoking it outside their unit.

It’s a very nice space to live in. Reasonable prices and maintenance and management is not hard to contact. I like all the updated appliances and amenities that it comes with. It makes work and home life easier. Very roomy for two people.

I've only been a resident for almost 2 months however in this short amount of time I've concluded I did good!
The initial process with the application was easy. That to good to be true easy and at first it was. There was some minor issues when my move in date arrived but the staff hands down turned up and got everything taken care of and I was able to move in on my designated date. What touched me the most is when the receptionist told me if she has to go in there and help clean herself she... will just to ensure I would be able to get my keys. The entire staff has been amazing thus far. I'm blessed to call this community my first home here in North Carolina!

It’s a nice place to live. It’s just I can hear all the steps that are being taken upstairs above me. Also, the bedroom doesn’t come with a light, just a closet light.. no biggie!
