Not Worth It

So glad we are finally moved out! When we first moved in a year and a half ago the apartments & staff were great, but the building was bought by another company. The new company & management are horrible! Rent being raised over 40%, rude staff, the grounds aren’t kept up, & so much more. There has also been numerous car break ins, people driving around the parking lot like it’s a racetrack in the middle of the night, & lots of partying & screaming all hours of the night. If you are going to be... paying so much for rent you can definitely find better.

Can't get out soon enough

Ever since the new management has taken over, it’s clear no one cares about this property. The grounds are horribly kept, trash everywhere, weeds overgrown. I’ve emailed management on many occasions for different issues and have never heard back. My breezeway is full of trash and people’s belongings and they refuse to do anything about it. The pool is CONSTANTLY closed and stays disgusting during the few moments it’s actually open for use. Not only that, people trespass at the pool after hours... and blast music that goes directly into my apartment. If I’m lucky enough to get a call back from the office, I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it. I’m sick and tired of living here and I’m counting down the days until I can move out. People are moving out left and right, and I’m right there with them.

Not worth it

Really disappointed since new management has taken over. They now charge you to print in the business center when it’s always been free. They don’t address problems such as parking spaces being blocked by people working out in the parking lot, loud music being blared, and so much more. Plus we are expecting our rent to be increased $400-$500 if we renew. Super disappointing.

Don’t do it.

It’s unfortunate because this place is new & pretty. But unless you smoke weed, I wouldn’t recommend. Brand new buildings, but they’re being ruined by countless tenants smoking with zero repercussions. I don’t know how they’ll get tenants after the first round of leases are up. Don’t know how they’ll get the smell out. The residents of the complex actually call one of the buildings, 2902, the weed building. It reeks. It’s a shame. Great location, great amenities, pleasant staff. If they listened... to complaints this place would be a 5 not a 1.
